She was born and raised in New Delhi. Right from childhood, she had a keen interest in Indian cooking, which led to a passion for experimentation with new recipes and new spices and ingredients. With a large family of volunteers, she quickly became proficient in their art. Aliza came to Sweden in 1997 and has since then been celebrated and publicized cooking classes for 13 years. She cooked for weddings, graduation parties and more. All the words of Fame led to her eventually banged his fist on the table and decided to start a restaurant in Halmstad.
She personally see that all chefs can make an artful way among the ingredients to bring out the flavors in each dish and how to prepare food that is exciting, useful and good.
